For a number of reasons it is going to be necessary to move the csound
user mailing list from the University of Bath who have hosted it since
it moved from the University of Exeter in about 1995.  The simplest
plan is to move to Sourceforge who already host the developers'
mailing list.

For some time I have been maintaining a shadow list there but now is
the time to activate it.

I have checked to two lists and I think they are the same, but there
may be errors, especially in digest and no-mail settings.  So I am
sending this message to both lists.  Please check that you get both
copies.  If there are any problems please let me know.
