What can I do to prevent WARNINGS?

... Here is the screen in dell'Ispector MacCsound1.4 UB [version: June
2010].
I state that I am by running the frontend with Csound 5.12 [UB] on a
MacBookPro (i5) with Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.4.

Because it will remove the warnings about unable to load the jack pluins.
which is what you asked!

Or, delete the jack library files

Because those are not compatible with 5.12. They are probably built  
for pre-5.10. You need to ask Matt for updated binaries (I suppose  
he's maintaining those).
