| A row of about twelve tucked along the top of the actual keyboard
below the sliders would be nice. I prefer on/off buttons, on=127,
off=0 as they can easily be used with the changed opcode to trigger
things. I guess the same drop-down menu could control the button
channels too? I realise you're busy so if it's too much hassle don't
worry about it!
