Thanks for the information. I'm not sure I can fix this, since I do not have, and am probably not going to get, Vista.

I will, however, google on the NSIS installer mailing lists and forums (and elsewhere) for a solution.

You should get Vista. It is nice (since yesterday, that is).

Let me also report that, when run, this csound version reports that is 
is a beta, which is not.

I recently had the same problem creating an installer for some software of
mine that a user installed on Vista. I wouldn't be at all surprised if
Microsoft reports all third party software as broken after an
installation!
