It is not out yet.

Everything builds and works with MinGW (gcc 4.2.1) except I am stuck on the 
following problems:

date.dll SEGV on load
pan2.dll SEGV on load
pvs_ops.dll fails to register

I've spent some time on date.dll without resolution. Why should such a 
simple little piece of code, whose functions are properly exported, and 
which is linked exactly the same as all the other plugin opcodes, fail to 
load?
