I think I have fixed this in CVS, some weeks ago, after I had the same trouble as you. It might not have made into the release. I certainly had it fixed in my local sources at work, as I had to use it to do something in February. Victor ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hector Centeno" |

Hello Csound-List, I am running Csound5.08 (Intel Version) on a MBPro 2.4GhZ/4GB, MacOS10.5.2 and it seems to work fine. However, whenever I try using "bformenc" or "bformdec" using this example from http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/examples/bformenc.csd I get output-soundfiles with an amplitude of 0, independent of the loudspeaker setup of the decoder (isetup), similar to what has been described in this thread and I also noticed that already the encoder outputs files with an amplitude of 0 on all channels. I wanted to ask if this issue has been resolved, is there a way of obtaining the working opcodes ? Or could someone perhaps point me to some alternatives for creating Bformat-Files (ambisonics) in Csound ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers, Marlon Victor Lazzarini wrote: > > I think I have fixed this in CVS, some weeks ago, after I > had the same trouble as you. This got broken in 5.07, so opcodes from 5.06 might work. Are they fixed in 5.08? or in cvs? Certainly in CVS. I suspect in the Linux and Windows distros, but not OSX.
