I saw the same thing. I haven't tried to debug it. It doesn't happen with all options, only with some.

I think that the message is printed when .csoundrc exists or when using the
-@ option.

I added that message but I forgot that the readOptions() function is also
called under other circumstances, so it was my fault.  I will check in a fix
shortly.
