| I assume that the solution to this problem is one being worked on (in
respect to Windows) by Mike Gogins.
If the only installer task is to look and see whether Python is installed,
then install csnd.dll and py.dll if Python exists, this would seem a
relatively minor challenge.

This is a standard dialog put up by Windows, not Csound. Equally it
means that so long as the named dll is on the system PATH somewhere, all
will be well.
