Hey guys Has anybody been able to get the new QuteCsound working? For some reason, I've not been able to successfully run the past 2 releases of QuteC. I'm running Leopard and I've tried running the program from the desktop and in the applications folder. I also tried clearing the preferences with no luck. Every time I launch the app, it immediately closes and gives me the option to report it to apple. Any suggestions? Hi, Recent QuteCsound (something like 2 releases ago) requires Csound 5.10. I think this is your problem. Cheers, Andrés On Mon, Mar 9, 2009 at 11:16 AM, Jonathan vanAtom |

I'm sure that Andrés is correct about this, but if you could post the text of the crash log we could be sure. This log is what appears in the "report to Apple" dialog but you can also find it later with the Console app. Open /Applications/Utilities/Console Under LOG FILES -> ~/Library/Logs -> CrashReporter, you should find one or more logs for qutecsound. You could post the latest of these if you haven't solved the problem yet. A message such as this one would indicate that you need to upgrade to 5.10: Dyld Error Message: Library not loaded: /Library/Frameworks/CsoundLib.framework/Versions/5.2/CsoundLib Referenced from: /Applications/qutecsound.app/Contents/MacOS/qutecsound Reason: image not found -- Anthony Kozar mailing-lists-1001 AT anthonykozar DOT net http://anthonykozar.net/ Andres Cabrera wrote on 3/9/09 12:20 PM: > Recent QuteCsound (something like 2 releases ago) requires Csound > 5.10.
