| sensekey works, but only at the terminal. If you are targetting kids
that is not the best way to go. USB MIDI will work, but I guess
that might depend on the specific keyboards being support by
alsa. All the ones I tried did work.
Processing speed is like that of a top PC of about 10 years ago, so
realtime is definitely possible, but you might not be able to run
many moog filters at one go. Another way round is lower SRs,
which seems to be the way to go.
