I've been reading Wire for years -- usually every issue. As I recall, however, the free sampler CD "The Tapper" only comes once a year. I also find that many of the musicians reviewed actually are fairly well known, at least within their own genres. And that what I would call "real computer music" is distinctly under-represented.
However, it's a great resource, really there is no other single source that I have found as useful.
