hi, maybe a stupid question: As the bin-installer segfaults in ubuntu 8.04, what are the locations, where different files are copied? bin goes to /usr/bin but what was the directory structure for opcodes? An where the csound.mo file go? With the help of earlier posts about compiling from source, I've downloaded all the packages, but there still is something missing, and renaming fltk files, doesn't seem so nice, so I'd like to use the precompiled package. There were debian packages on sourceforge, but they seem to be 5.04 version. thnx .matti |

Building csound with ubuntu gutsy was very easy, I remembered your post some weeks ago, but never thought the package is already in hardy. Thanks for pointing me to right direction |
