I have fixed the bug causing a loud annoying buzz on initial load of CsoundVST, and uploaded the fixed CsoundVST.dll to:

     http://www.kunstmusik.com/gogins/CsoundVST.dll

I also attach another update to the CsoundVST manual page. It turns out it is better to use a MIDI track instead of an instrument track for CsoundVST. The page has been updated to reflect this and also to specify up to date command-line flags for CsoundVST.
