Subject | [Csnd] problem with runing fltk on osx |
Dear all, I have become aware of a small issue concerning the rendering of CSDs that use FLTK opcodes from the terminal on os x. I am unable to move the FLTK GUI window or even activate it by clicking on it. The faders and other elements do however respond to mouse click just not the window itself. The only way to be able to use the GUI is to close or minimize all the windows in front of it (funny that by default the FLTK window opens behind all the other programmes' windows). This problem only happens though when I run csound from the terminal, e.g. using the csoundGUI front-end there are no problems of this kind. Also when the -d flag is not used and the graphic table display opens, it behaves in exactly the same way (when runin from the terminal). I cannot activate the window by clicking on it. I understand that this might be an issue with Leopard (?). Or maybe something wrong with my settings? Many Thanks in advance Peiman -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/problem-with-runing-fltk-on-osx-tp15430870p15430870.html Sent from the Csound - General mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |

This is a resource issue, what is happening is that the csound program is not being 'seen' by Acqua. Normally this is sorted by running sudo Reza -i APPL -o /usr/local/bin/csound /usr/local/bin/cs5.r which is actually done by the installer, so I am not sure why it's not working. you can try it anyway. Thanks Victor, I just tried running the command. It doesn't make a difference though. It might be a leopard issue then. Ah, it's 10.5 then. I will need to upgrade one of our machines. Victor At 12:17 12/02/2008, you wrote: >Thanks Victor, > >I just tried running the command. It doesn't make a difference though.
