Wouldn't "allpass" have been better name?

Rory,

somebody once told me that this is due to historical reasons.  
However, I'm much too young to know any specifics. :) If I remember  
correctly, it had something to do with the maximal length of opcode  
names. Maybe somebody else could elaborate?
