Thank you François and thank you Steven for having kindly pointed me the csoundAPI_examples repo.
I guess that this example https://github.com/csound/csoundAPI_examples/blob/master/cpp/GetSpoutExample.cpp is the least afar from what I'm attempting to do: using csound capabilities to process a sound flac file.
