   I notice that instrument 106 uses an aiff file while the others use wav files.  When you run the orchestra does it show a successful loading of 'sing.aif'?  Also, have you tried switching instr 106 so that it uses one of the wav files?

Is this a PPC Mac? Try 'run in term'  and see if it still crashes. There does not seem to be anything wrong in the CSD.
