[Csnd] no FL opcodes when launching from a pdf

Subject[Csnd] no FL opcodes when launching from a pdf
For example: when I click on FLjoy.csd in my file manager, the
console and the xy panel pops up and everything plays normally. When
I put a link in a pdf file and try to launch the very same file from
it, the console pops up for a split second and then closes. By
freezing it, I was able to determine the difference in output:
When launched from a pdf file, the output lacks these lines:
"PortMIDI real time MIDI plugin for Csound
PortAudio real-time audio module for Csound
virtual_keyboard real time MIDI plugin for Csound"
and complains of "no legal opcode" for FL opcodes.

I don't see why it should work differently when launched that way or
why it isn't finding the FT opcodes. Maybe there are some switches I
should put in to ensure that it works. Any
ideas? I'm using Windows Vista and the latest Csound.

Perhaps when launching from a PDF the environment's PATH and/or
OPCODEDIR variables are missing or wrong?

Mike

Thank you, but I don't see how. I double checked and I have:
PATH=C:\Program Files (x86)\Csound\bin
OPCODEDIR=C:\Program Files (x86)\Csound\plugins
for the whole computer. I verified this for my own account and when
logged in as "administrator". Of course, because I'm using Vista,
any kind of permissions problem is possible, and there may be
something I'm not aware of going on. (Btw, I tried several other
filetypes, and I seem to be able to successfully launch anything else
in this way.)

I seem to have solved it---I was able to launch it from the pdf once
as administrator, and now Adobe Reader knows what to do. Apparently
it was a Reader problem. Thanks for your help.
