[Csnd] ANN: update to CDP Multi-Channel toolkit

Subject[Csnd] ANN: update to CDP Multi-Channel toolkit
While not ~directly~ relevant to Csound, it may have some utility,
especially for those working routinely at the command line and needing
to construct/deconstruct and otherwise manage multi-channel files.

See http://people.bath.ac.uk/masrwd/mctools.html

It can be used, for example, to turn B-format output from Csound into an
AMB format file for distribution (e.g. via ambisonia.net; libsndfile
already supports AMB, but there is no Csound option for it yet). It has
new B-format decodes (1st, 2nd order Furse-Malham, no filters)
essentially the same as "bformdec1" but with a few extra options
(different 5.1 decode, from David Moore, using HiPAC techniques, see the
page for more details). Needless to say, the PEAK chunk is exploited
everywhere!

Win32 and OS X (10.4,10.5 UB) binaries. I can but assume, at this stage,
they will run on Snow Leopard.

Free download - enjoy!
