csound5gui as of version 5.11 hangs when i press "Configure", or "Options"-
>"CSound". And when it happens, terminal says: CSound tidy up: segmentation 
fault. It happens on Debian Sid x86 with csound from official repos as with 
sourceforge's csound.

Is there something can be done about it? The gui is very handy, but i can't 
use it because i can't configure it to connect to jack.

You can add -+rtaudio=jack to your  CSD section and
you'll avoid the configure window.
