I'm going to voice my frustration again with GUI design in Csound
(i.e. interface building).

Has there been any discussions/development in this domain? I remember
that there were some good ideas mentioned at the conference.

Best,

Peiman

Hi,between the various options I have tried I think the best solution is to
build Csound GUI with Max / MSP, I tried the library qutecsound but I found
a little unstable on windows (ok on OSX), but I hope that FLTK is never
deprecated in the future because it remains an excellent solution for simple
things like sliders, buttons, knobs, etc.,

Hello All,
i sometimes like to build some really simple GUI for Csound and i have try
to use
Lua script with tk or wx or Qt module. Same is possible with Python and Tk,
wx or Qt.
Anyway i would only say that i recently rediscovered tcltk library by Mr.
Lazzarini with cstcl/cswish
interpreter that allow easy build of simple GUI and that seems a little bit
forgotten.

http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/tclcsound.html
and
http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/cswish.html

But obviously waiting for Cabbage.

ciao,
francesco.
