in manual page about phaser2 there is this:

ares phaser2 asig, kfreq, kq, kord, kmode, ksep, kfeedback

Initialization

iskip (optional, default=0) -- used to control initial disposition of
internal data space. Since filtering incorporates a feedback loop of
previous output, the initial status of the storage space used is
significant. A zero value will clear the space; a non-zero value will allow
previous information to remain. The default value is 0. 

but the opcodes seems to not have this parameter.
I don't know if missing and hided or not existing.

There is no iskip parameter. Use csound -z2 to verefy this.
