Hi,

Im trying to import a .mid file created with csound into ableton.  The file
imports, but it doesn't split my midi channels up into separate tracks. 
Ableton says that the issue is that the midi file needs to be Standard Midi
File format 1, not SMF0:

every other DAW that I have loaded the same file into separates the channels
to individual tracks naturally.  And I am assuming the format exported by
Csound's --midioutfile flag is SMF0.  I just read J ffitch's chapter on the
Midi Library he created in The Audio Programming Book.  Does Csound support
SMF1?
