Hello,

The Pipe_Synth.csd example is broken on CsoundQt 0.8.0 with Csound 6 
(git compiled on Ubuntu 64b)

Trying to "debug" it, I came to the included udo_cs6.csd.
csound 6 (without CsoundQt) stop with a segmentation error.
It turns ok only if I decrease the number of inputs of the PIPE udo.

18 inputs or more -> seg fault
17 inputs or less  -> ok
