there is also now a pdf version of the current (3rd) release which 
unfortunately still can not be created on the flossmanuals.net site:

if you want to read the manual as html offline, the scrap book 
(https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/scrapbook/) zip may be handy:

note that release 03 does not cover yet csound6. we hope to have a new 
release at the end of september for this purpose.
