Any workshop DVD's or CD-ROM of paper presentation,
or audio CD's of presos and such going to be made available?

These are both most excellent ideas that should help complement
existing
documentation.
If you do organise such workshops, could they be recorded on video
so that those
who live in Europe or elsewhere and can't attend might learn, if
not participate?
