shortly before the second csound conference starts in boston, the 
proceedings of the first conference, which took place 2011 at hmtm 
hannover, are finally out as printed book:

this book is not only a documentation of the conference, but includes 
many new contributions, collected in the main chapters HISTORY - 
DEVELOPMENT - MUSIC - USAGE - EDUCATION. please have a look at the table 
of contents, the foreword, and some sample pages:

unfortunately, the book is much more expensive than we wished it to be 
(50 pounds / 75 dollars). perhaps you can suggest it for a library, if 
you are interested, but cannot afford it.
