Very nice issue. Thanks for the work! I was glad to see Jim's article on using MusicXML for Csound scores, and impressed by the drumming. I'll see what I can do to expose the MusicXML methods with SWIG. I've done a little work on using CsoundVST in Sibelius. Maybe I'll try to push that further along, too.
