	Counterpoint.exe is essentially a test harness for the CsoundAC.Counterpoint node, which can be used to generate counterpoints to fragments of scores in the CsoundAC algorithmic composition system. If you got Csound with the Windows installers you have this stuff. There is also other stuff in CsoundAC for monkeying with counterpoint and harmony, which works with bigger scores and does more abstract things.
