Very good!... that's correct, _cdecl is the sort of thing I meant by "other 
similar changes..." By the way, this does prove that Steinberg is not 
maintaining Linux support in the SDK, this line does not appear in my 
version.

I'm looking at the other problem but I see you have sent me a newer email, 
so I'm looking at that first.
