2. stretched averaging. As above, with smoothing time stretched by a
factor of iparm1 (=1).
Judging by pluck's behavior, this was meant to say (>=1). The
greater than was probably not escaped in the HTML. Firefox cleans
up the source when viewing, so it's hard to say.
This is likely also a problem with bullet item 4. I wouldn't be
surprised if the rest of the manual contains other cases where
the greater than symbol is treated like an extra tag close.
