I've made some changes and corrected the Csound 5.19.02 for iOS release:

I've also deleted the previous 5.19.02 and 5.19.01 releases as I think
I messed those releases up and they should not be used.  This new
release corrects an issue with opcode library loading (now does not
even try, to prevent future issues).
