| This is a minor fix for the Csound version 5.19 Windows installer.
I have deleted the original version of the installer at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/csound/files/Csound5.19-gnu-win32-d.exe/download,
and put the current version of the installer at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/csound/files/csound5/csound5.19/Csound5.19-gnu-win32-d.exe/download.
The installer has been modified so that CsoundQt is not installed by
default. This is because it requires Python 2.7. It is installable in
a customized selection, or with a complete installation. In such
cases, if Python 2.7 is not installed, other applications including of
course Csound itself, will continue to work as before, but CsoundQt
will not start. If Python 2.7 is later installed, then CsoundQt should
begin to work properly. Note that Python must be for 32 bit
architecture.
I also have tried to clarify the hints about requirements on the
installer pages.
This version of the installer adds the most recent changes to the
sockrecv and socksend opcodes, and now contains the remote opdode. I
have not had a chance to test them.
Please let me know if there are any additional problems or if you have
any suggestions.
Regards,
Mike
