It has been pointed out that spat3d fails to work in 5.18.01.  The
code has been reverted to 5.18 and committed to git as 5.19.02.

I will incorporate this in the Windows installer. I was planning to do
this today or tomorrow, but have been delayed by slow networking here
in the Catskills. I expect to complete the Windows installer when I
come back to New York City, some time next week.
