The new parser is largely the same as the old parser; but it does have
some new features like until loops and tables/t-vars.  It is also
necessary for the multicore option as that uses compiler static
analysis.

In CS6 the old parser has been removed, so this dual state was a
transition state.  My advice was always to use the new parser unless
it failed, but I have vested interests in debugging Csound.

The new parser also produces faster code and parses more quickly.
