Thanks to the herculean efforts of Stef, I received the files portaudio.dll 
and rtpa.dll that make portaudio (including ASIO) work in the Gogins 
Csound5.09.1-gnu-win32-f.exe Windows installer (float version). 
Portaudio.dll must be placed in the \bin directory, and rtpa.dll in 
\plugins.

This does not fix any other WARNINGs, just the one about rtpa.dll, and 
"error: unknown 'pa'".

I'm willing to post these for download on my website if it would help 
anyone. It should make portaudio operable in Windows XP (perhaps others 
too?) for both 5.09.1 and 5.09.0 Windows installers.

Again, many thanks to Stef for making this happen (after many trials).
