Csound 5.09.2 (for Windows) has been released and can be downloaded
on Sourceforge:

It fixes the "WARNING: could not open library" and "Error 998" errors of
5.08.2 - 5.09.1.

Also, I've added Max5 versions of all help and example patches because Max5
doesn't always open Max4 patches properly.  They are included in the latest
[csound~] 1.0.4 zip file:
