is the pitch opcode working for the rest of you? i compiled today a simple test orchestra i wrote some time ago, and the opcode outupts only zeros both for amplitude and pitch. i think to remember that it used to work, not very accurate, but at least it returned some significant values. best, lj |

It is possible I broke it. I have found at least one oddity which I have now fixed in my sources. ==John ff > > > is the pitch opcode working for the rest of you? i compiled today a > simple test orchestra i wrote some time ago, and the opcode outupts only > zeros both for amplitude and pitch. i think to remember that it used to > work, not very accurate, but at least it returned some significant > values. > > best, > > lj > > > Send bugs reports to this list. > To unsubscribe, send email sympa@lists.bath.ac.uk with body "unsubscribe > csound" > > > |

BTW, there seems to be something wrong with pitchamdf too... i compiled both a test orchestra i wrote some time ago that was running fine, and the example orchestra in the manual, and in both cases the opcode shows the same kind of misbehavior: a short overflow both in krms and kcps beginning around 0.013 seconds. best, lj |
