Could you send a simple example of pitch not working?  I have been
looking at the sources and they seem OK.....

i found out where the problem with pitch is: it doesn't manage well low
values of 0dbfs. 

just take the example orchestra in the manual and add 0dbfs = 1 (or any
other low value) in the header. you should get only zeros both for kamp
and koct.

Not sure I understand it but it seems to be working now.  Will commit soon
to the CVS.
