| Hi,
I've installed sound 5.09d on my system. I used to have it working before a
reinstall so ideally it shouldn't be a sound card issue. Whenever I run
with -odac and/or -iadc it tells me the following:
PortMIDI real time MIDI plugin for Csound
virtual_keyboard real time MIDI plugin for Csound
0dBFS level = 32768.0
Csound version 5.09 (double samples) Sep 21 2008
[...]
audio buffered in 4096 sample-frame blocks
*** error: unknown rtaudio module: 'pa'
Failed to initialise real time audio input
Csound tidy up: Segmentation violation
inactive allocs returned to freespace
end of score. overall amps: 0.0
overall samples out of range: 0
1 errors in performance
Elapsed time at end of performance: real: 0.281s, CPU: 0.282s
I've tried to give numbers after dac and so on, but I get no listing of
devices, just this same output. Any clue what's going on or whether I need
to do anything special to have PoartAudio interface working? (Do I need to
install PortAudio separately or something?)
Thanks,
--David.
