| The Bol Processor software project that I am involved with has had
connections with Indian music since its inception. BP has been used to
analyze and algorithmically compose new music in traditional Indian styles.
While this may not be exactly what you have in mind, you may want to talk to
some of the composers who have contributed examples to the project. (I am
thinking of Srikumar Subramanian, Nadaka, and of course, BP's author Bernard
Bel).
Feel free to email me directly for more information.
