I finally got csLADSPA plugins to show up in Audacity. After setting the
environment variable in Windows XP, I had to copy the csladspa.dll from the
csound plugins64 directory to the audacity plugins folder. The csLADSPA.dll
that I downloaded with the examples didn't show anything.
