I am adding options to makecsd and have just got to the licence
issue.  I have provided a way to include any file as a licence, but it
seemed a good idea to "pre-can" some licences.
 Currently I am looking at 6 Creative Commons licences (BY, BY-SA,
 BY-ND, BY-NC, BY-NC-SA and BY-NC-ND).  The question i have is what
 other licences do people actually use for pieces?  Are there any
 others I should provide easily?

I have added MIDI files and score processing so far and they seem OK.
More to come as I understand the needs
