[Csnd] indexframes missing

Last night I downloaded 6.02 for MacOS 10.6. The indexframes.html file is missing from the manual. I assume this is an oversight, but it's a bit odd to see one html file missing from a huge folder like this ... what else might be missing? Anyway, I like indexframes. Hi Jim, That file is produced automatically from a script. I suspect the packagers just forgot to run the script. (There is a target in the makefile called something like html-dist that runs the script).
