Hi All,

We're looking for a volunteer to look at implementing this task:

https://sourceforge.net/p/csound/feature-requests/11/

which is to create a BUILD document that can live with the Csound6
repository.  The file would also be a part of source releases. We have
a lot of information already at the wiki:

https://sourceforge.net/p/csound/wiki/Home/

It would be nice to collate that information together into a single
document.  We could also have an additional URL link to the wiki "for
more information".
