Thanks Iain, Jim, and contributors for the new issue!  I'm perusing
through the Meta article now and looking forward to digesting the

thanks and congrats!  this looks indeed very nice and fresh.

and thanks also for the extended report about "csound 30"!  i think we 
should repeat this "small" csound conference in between the "big" (and 
often far) one next year, in maynooth or anywhere around.

I'd personally love it if there was a Csound 32 (or 100000 if you love
binary! ;) ) conference/gathering.

personally i'd vote for Csound 20.

and i'd love it if it were in italy. i also think it would be a great
idea, actually: the csound community seems to be very active, and it's not
so difficult to reach for those of us who don't live "around". ;-)

we had several great pieces from italy during the conference, actually it
was the country with most submissions. there are many active csounders
there, perhaps some of them would would be willing to host a simple
informal gathering?

looking forward! (although i would only have a good chance to attend if it
were in march or june...)

I had the thought that it would be really nice to have something in
Italy as well. Many nice pieces at this year's conference, and I
remember all of the nice time meeting our Italian colleagues in St.
Petersburg.

But, if we are going to put pressure on anyone, I'm always for
volunteering Rory for things.  CabbageCon 2018 at Rory's home! ;)

As for "around", it seems because we are all around the world no place
can ever be completely satisfying. I've been happy though that we've
managed to get together in all of the places we have so far. I'd
personally love to get together in the US again sometime too. :)
