Does anyone use this facility?  It ceased to work recently and I am
wondering with the various web-based csound systems if it has any use
now.  If not I will not try to fix it.

I recommend letting this go in favor of the WebAssembly build of
Csound and also the JavaScript interfaces, which can easily be adapted
to do the same jobs.

In my view Csound has enjoyed a large number of additions and
extensions and interfaces, which is good, but then there is too much
stuff to maintain well, which is bad.

I think that the older additions that are not widely used should be
deprecated and then dropped.
