How can I set the flooper2 loop start and end points in beats rather than
seconds? It would be easier to think in a musical sense to consider where
the loops need to be regarding rhythm and tempo?

The only way I can think of is by doing the calculations manually:
60 / tempo in BPM = quarter note length
and go from there. I'm sorry if this is the too obvious answer, but I
have no other idea.
