I listened to this recently when I revisited the original Csound book CD-ROM, and was pretty taken aback with how convincing those howls are! Also similarly I was wondering about Gabriel Maldonado who was active around a similar time, and I tried to track down a while ago regarding the FLTK opcodes he wrote. There are some great sounds in there -- especially the Wolf Howls! Have had some fun playing with them in Live Coding mode... I have to ask. What happened to Hans? He produced some marvellous stuff, including the basis for my work on the Hammond emulation. But he obviously hasn't been around for a long while. -- Pete -- Csound mailing list Csound@listserv.heanet.ie https://listserv.heanet.ie/cgi-bin/wa?A0=CSOUND Send bugs reports to https://github.com/csound/csound/issues Discussions of bugs and features can be posted here |

Gabriel lives in Rome and is active as a musician, mostly as a guitarist. I don't think he does so much with Csound these days, but i could be wrong. He's on Facebook. On Fri, Nov 1, 2019, 20:39 Richard Knight <richard@1bpm.net> wrote:
