FYI, I have updated the libsndfile-android repository at:

https://bitbucket.org/kunstmusik/libsndfile-android

to compile in and enable use of FLAC files from Csound on Android.  I
have tested this with a simple test application that uses a CSD that
reads a FLAC file using filelen and diskin2 to render the audio on my
Moto G4 phone (Android 7.0).

If you are compiling Csound for Android yourself, you can manually
pull the latest from the git repo or run the downloadDependencies.sh
script to pull the latest. Otherwise, this will be a part of the
6.11.0 Csound for Android release.
